Thank you so much for taking the time to check out my website! Before I start sharing my experiences and thoughts on today's education environment, I wanted to take a minute to share a bit more about myself!

My bio on the Dr. Sherri Rochel page is just a brief snippet of who I am! At the age of 20, I lost my oldest child and that has truly shaped who I am in the way of I don't let fear stand of my way of reaching for success! This is evidenced by the fact that I just graduated at the age of 34 with my doctoral degree - which I earned while raising 3 healthy, active children and helping my husband with his family farm.

As an educator, I love the experiences I get with students of any age! I have taught preschool aged students all the way up to an 84-year-old who went back to school with her granddaughter for the pure fact she wanted to say she did it!

I firmly believe that education our students receive today is NOT the same as it was when I was in school and that has been greatly influenced by the development of technology.

I look forward to embarking on this journey to improve education for our students and to help you navigate the ever-changing education environment!
